Understanding the link between CSR and employee green behaviour

This study examines the influence of CSR on employee green behaviour through well-being and personal environmental norms. Furthermore, it moderating role hotel strategy these relationships. The proposed model was validated using 988 hotels’ employees. findings revealed that is a key driver behaviour. Employee norms partially mediate this relationship. Personal indicate moderates enrich our knowledge about social outcomes CSR. A practical implications are justified explained.
